Attention Timer is built to be a private, standalone utility for practicing the Attention Training Technique (ATT). We believe that your focus and mental health data should remain entirely under your control.
Attention Timer does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not require account creation, email registration, or any personal details to use the app.
All data generated within the app—including your training streaks, session history, and custom timer configurations—is stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your iPhone and is not synced to any external servers.
The app does not use third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising frameworks. Your usage patterns are entirely private to you.
Since your data is stored locally, it remains on your device as long as the app is installed. If you delete the app, all locally stored session data and settings are permanently removed and cannot be recovered by the developer.
